Returns & Refunds

We offer returns for the products you buy from us under the following conditions:

  • Cooling off period: Any product that has been bought from us is subject to a ‘cooling off’ period. This means that once the item has been received, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days, providing the product has not been opened or used. You must keep the item in the original packaging with no broken seals. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we have been informed of this you have another 14 days from then to send the item back to us, either in the original postal packaging or suitable packaging to not allow damage during transfer. We cannot refund you for the cost of shipping or returning the item.

  • Faulty product: You have the right to a replacement full refund if the product you ordered is damaged on arrival. You have 30 days to inform us of the damaged goods. We will refund you for both the product, shipping and return shipping.

  • We offer a 12 month warranty on our products. If your item becomes faulty within this time, we will either offer a repair, replacement or full refund.

  • We cannot offer refunds for items that you have tried to repair or have damaged yourself. In some cases, we may require evidence to show whether this is the case.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping times are subject to build and dispatch time which is normally up to 5 days. Some of our products, such as data loggers, require additional time to build and test before they can be shipped. The following shipping times are from day of dispatch only. Please contact us for more information.

1 to 2 business days

UPS Tracked - Spain, Belgium, Netherlands

5 to 7 business days (dependant on customs clearance)

UPS Tracked - Canada

5 to 7 business days (dependant on customs clearance)

Frequently asked questions


Why are some products not available to purchase online?

We sell a number of items on our online shop, including cables, accessories and our ReXgen 2 data loggers. For our more specialist loggers, such as the CT series, or ANY other item that is listed on our website but not in the online shop, you should contact our sales team directly by phone or email and a member of staff will be able to provide you with the information you need. Feel free to speak to a member of staff also if you wish to discuss our ReXgen devices or any other online product. We encourage this on larger orders.

How can I purchase products outside of the UK?

Besides our UK office, we have distributers based around the world, our main centres being India and China. If you would like to purchase from one of these then please visit their websites via the top right of this page or the 'contact us' page. If you are not sure of who can best help you or are based elswhere, please contact us and we will refer you to the right team or even process your order on a case-by-case basis if needed.

Do you offer discounts on high volume orders?

Yes! Some items in our store, such as ReXgen 2 data loggers, can be discounted when high volumes are ordered from us. If you wish to find out more about this please call us using the number provided on the product page or on our 'contact us' page.
